Order/quote Ref Number
Must obtain the ref. number as it confirms the order/quote details was placed successfully.
Payment is optional at this stage.
Proofing process
A final PDF proof will be issued generally within 1-2 days for approval.
An email will be automatically generated by Umax Print to notify of the proof for approval.
NOTE: emails may be blocked or filtered as junk mail, please contact us via art@umaxprint.com.au or call 1300 990 363 if you have not received the proof after 2 business days.
You can also log in to your account via our website to check if the proof is ready for approval.
Approval
You can click the "approve" button from the automatic email sent to you or click the "Go to print" button by logging into your account via our website.
If you received an email sent manually with a PDF attachment, you can simply reply to approve the proof (It is your responsibility to ensure we've received your approval, you can login to your account to check if the status has changed, usually updated daily).
Payment
Payment should be made upon approval of final proof. Full payment is generally required prior to production (other terms may be pre-arranged). For EFT payments, receipt can be emailed to sales@umaxprint.com.au as confirmation.
Production
This will begin upon both artwork / payment approval. To avoid delay in processing your order, please arrange payment and approve proof promptly.
